- Maintenance package is ONLY available to current clients
- Each month, you will be granted a new bucket of hours to be used throughout the month. Payment will be required on the 1st of each month, beginning May 1
- Monthly hours do not roll over to the next month. I will continue to keep you abreast of how many hours have been used, via the time tracking sheet we currently have established in Google Drive
- I will e-mail you near the end of each month and ask you to indicate which package you would like to move forward with for the following month, so you do not have to choose the same package each month.
- After 72 hours of no communication / response, services will be halted and after 5 business days, the project will be considered complete, as-is.
